Return To Castle Wolfenstein 2 game
I cant wait to try it !! Loved the first one,
came around about the same time Soldier of
Fortune 2 was released, two of my fav games ever !
Loved the singleplayer (SP from now on) part of
Wolfenstein but didnt care for the MP part,
and the sorta opposite for Soldier of Fortune 2,
altho the SP part of that game was very good,
Im thinking of naming my TOP 5 GAMES EVER,
i might do that one day ;)

The sucky news i referred to is that
the 65yearold sylvester "doh i can barely
speak english" stallone is back in form of
the two M60wielder (which btw is impossible, you cannot
fire TWO M60 held without any form of bi- or tripod support)
in Rambo, didnt know if i was either gonna laugh at the
youtube i saw or if i was gonna laugh hysterically,
this really puts the L in LAMEDOM,
hell id much rather see Clint Eastwood as Inspector
Callahan in a new Dirty Harry vid, Clint is like
75 but yet hed pull it off, at least WAY more than stallone !
Wasnt it enough with the latest Rocky vid, must the world
endure yet another totally unrealistic and crappy
warfilm? Hmm in one of the rambo films he killed off the entire

"Merciful Release",
a three cd box containing the three
officially released albums digitally remastered
which is nice, but the really nice thing about this
compilation is that for the very first time ever,
those really great b-sides from 1984-1985
(and others) can be heard without vinyl scratches ! :D
CD 3 is the most unecessary one since it contains
"Vision thing", if you know me you already know
how much i do NOT like that album, complete cowpat
of an album in much, I scarcely play this album
Speaking of B-sides, hard to choose which one is
the best, I know which one Lunte would choose,
"Poison Door", the only song by The Sisters which
Eldritch didnt write the lyrics for, credit goes to
Gary Marx, a sickly underrated songmaker and guitar yielder
imho, wonder what he does today, theres these rumours
that claims him and Eldritch are gonna record something
together, Marx leaving The Sisters is the ONLY amicable
departure of that band in history ;)
Ben Gunn, Craig Adams,Wayne Hussey,
Patricia Morrison are people who does not
have much love over for Eldritch id imagine hehe
But back to best B-side, to me its down to either
"On the wire" or "Blood money" hmmmmm
Id prob choose "On the wire", a very nice song
but then "Blood money" is a really good one too ..

well, i was laying in my sofa right now, kinda
waking up after umm waking up (dont ask)

even a TRUE competition, its a lottery,
anyhow the person that gets connected has to answer

has a certain feel to itself which i like,
kinda dreamy and it evokes feelings : )

i love that beat it has, it almost have a
dare i say it, Joy Division-feel to it over the drums
and the basslines, the whole background rhythm layer
is great! :p

but why on earth its in the totally unnecessary
and very much unwanted as well as
unneeded FLAC format is beyond me,
the FLAC serves absolutely NO purpose whatsoever,
if one wants lossless audio (for reference .mp3 is compressed)
one obviously uses .wav, a file in flac format is
marginally smaller than a standard .wav,
were talking fractions of a percent, which,
obviously and as well as logically,
renders .flac obsolete
I converted them first to .wav and thereby losing
NO quality from the original, then converted from
.wav to .mp3 saving those .wavs onto a cd
and then deleted the .flac since they do not
serve ANY use

which i KNoW works with my Gigabyte mobo :D
Fairly good price too if one checks around on

ram memory in a 512 mv variant for that price ;)

during the wait for the card part 1

well, i installed Wolfenstein ecently
seeing as i can barely run my Doom3,
and i got a reminder today as i played
the MP part WHY i stopped playing
it several years ago, the MP part suck ass,
the unis on both side look VERY alike,
and since all servers run it with TK (TK=Team Kill)
set to ON (a VERY stupid retarded decision)
one get a lot of involunteery teamkills,
which makes the admins angry,
so on hesitates whenever someone comes rushing
and what happens then? Yup, I snuff it cuss
i hesitated cuss getting a high amount of TK
gets one kicked, and since wolfenstein MP today has like
maybe 25 servers still remaining, its a bad idea getting
a TK rep ..... Wolf MP=retardation part 1,
the HUD and outlay of the console is a total pigswell
too, very confusing and illogical,
and the number of maps is low, most of them are dull, bland,
unbalanced and overly boring, and the most
unbalanced one also happens to be the most popular,
ie BEACH, one is either Axis or Allies, Axis defends the map
while Allies tries to storm the beach a la Normandie 1944
(/hence the BEACH word), well if you ever play it you KNOW its
a waste of time being Allied, if the teams are wellbalanced on any
other wolf map, the advantages are so overwhelming that
the Axis has like a 10 to 1 advantage .. Wolf MP=retardation part 2
And nowadays the "CS-disease" has gripped it,
everybody has names like m45T3RIand theres ALWAYS one sad dumbass who stands around at
own spawn and TK-s teamplayers purposely,
and yup, hes the sad dude with the masterkiller name

And all of above is the reason i quit Wolfenstein MP
all those years ago (the game hails from 2001),
the SP part is nice tho, some really nice levels,
but i can see why there never were any mods for it,
its virtually impossible to mod it, you need a doctors degree
in comp science to even do minor changes,
everything is stored in the .exe and the game86.dll file,
most people, including me, dont know how to operate
such files, compiling and recompiling of such files
are very risky by default, the .exe is of course the
main part of any game (or program), just ONE
simple error while recompiling it, you can kiss
your installment buhbye, and thats why there is like
maybe 4 different SP mods all in all, and ive played them all
when i played this game before, so theres nothing new
to explore for me "SP-wise"
