a lil registry tweak

this tweak disables the recently used documents from being
displayed at *Start* *Documents*, not only is it a security issue
but it also frees up memory and it saves you from having to
manually clean it, the computer feels better and more responsive
without stuff there --

Press *Start*, then *Run*, then type in it
*regedit*, then navigate your way to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called
"NoRecentDocsHistory" set the value to equal '1' to enable the restriction.
Exit the registry, you may need to restart for the changes to take effect.
If you dont know how to create a DWORD, its done by rightclicking
anywhere in the white space (to the right) and then click *New*, *DWORD*
