the human league

hmm the debate goes on, WHICH of the two first
The Human League albums is the best?
Thomas hails "Travelogue" (second one from May 1980)
as the best, others claims the first one, "Reproduction"
(released October 1979), and myself you ask?
(well if you didnt ask that why are you even bothering
reading this then?? Sod off if thats the case fffs)
Well, i find it hard to choose between these two,
theyre both so immensly great (the abnormly overrated
Gary Numan was, and still is, producing pure CRAP compared
to this), "Reproduction" has "Circus of Death",
"Blind Youth" and my fave HL track ever - "Empire State Human"
and "Path of least resistence", whereas "Travelogue" has
"The black hit of space" (with the most vicious opening synth sound
ever in a track by an electroband!) , "Crow and a baby",
"Only after dark" and, of course, "Being boiled" (second fave HL song)

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
on a sidenote it can be mentioned that someone i know, who shall remain
anom (he has the arse of michael moore and says he wants to be a whore,
umm not michael moore tho but the anom one) claims that
"Secrets", the latest from them (2002 or 2003 i think)
is the best ever ..!!! !wtf that one sucks some major b0llocks--------

Another side note - the "Dare!" remix album, known as
"Love and Dancing" (June 1982), which contains eight remixes
off the aforementioned "Dare!" album (which included the nr 1 single
"Dont you want me") is the only album sleeve
(at least which I know of) that includes a big picture of the producer
(Martin Rushent) on the sleeve alongside the other band members,
but he truly deserves it, given the tideous work of remixing and
programming that Linn drummachine ....
